My wife received a letter a few days ago. I found the letter is really silly. If the letter is computer generated I would not not make a fuss out of it, but it is signed. The outstanding amount stated in the letter amounting to RM9.67. In fact , I had contacted the bank to finalise the last outstanding amount before I made the final payment. Out of the blue, came this letter...
I would love to renegotiate the payment terms for another 2 years, which is equivalent to RM0.40/month.......How's that?
